Mines been down since around 0800 PST this morning... says "plesk default page"
Put in a ticket but havent herd from anyone

Mine has been up and down since Thursday as well. The Cpanel is completely down. Perhaps they will address this issue when they finish with the BF 2142 server installs.

What happened is Hypernia is updating the control software for the websites. Cpanel is gone and is replaced with Plesk. They starting changing over on the 13th I believe. Mine wasn't done till the 19th. Everything comes out fine (except for my webmail so far ). Just make sure to back up your website and databases as they will need to be reinstalled.

OK... so now that Hyp is using Plesk, how do we log into our webserver? Is there another link or what?

I've submitted a ticket regarding this 4 days ago... and havent received a response yet, other than the automated response indicating that my ticket has been received.

Some accounts had issue in the transfer. Please contact us at your earliest opportunity to recreate the site.

I called James about 4 days ago, and we got it all straightened out. Ticket has been closed... Thanks for the response
